We are currently only offering appointments by email, phone or Teams Video.

Please book your appointment online. Appointments can be booked by phone, but same day scheduling may not be available and you must leave a message 860-932-4089.

Appointments are made through Bookings where you will select one of the following options:

• Email Appointment – book your appointment and then email up to three documents for review by the end of your scheduled appointment time.
• Telephone Appointment – the adviser will contact you at the appointment start time and at the number you provide.
• Teams Video Appointment – you will receive a link and instructions to join your meeting in the Teams app.

Email Appointment

1. Book your appointment online or by phone by leaving a message at 860-932-4089. Please be sure to leave a return phone number.
2. After receiving your appointment confirmation, please submit up to three documents for review by the end of your scheduled appointment time to careerservices@qvcc.edu
3. Submit your documents the day prior to your appointment if possible. Feedback will be provided through the comments feature in Word and to your provided email address

Telephone Appointment 

1. Book your appointment online or by phone by leaving a message at 860-932-4089. Please be sure to leave a return phone number.
2. If you booked online, you will receive a confirmation by email, and if you left a voicemail, you will receive a confirmation call
3. The career advisor will call you at the beginning of your scheduled appointment at the number that you provided

Teams Video Appointment 

1. Book your appointment online or by phone by leaving a message at 860-932-4089. Please be sure to leave a return phone number.
2. You will receive an email confirmation with a link and instructions to join your meeting in the Teams app.
