Academic Advisors Are Critical to Your Success

All students pursuing a certificate or associate degree program have an assigned advisor. As a college student, we want to empower you to take ownership of your college experience.

Academic advisors are your partners in achieving your unique educational goals, including assistance with academic and career planning, selecting courses and building schedules, and reviewing options for employment or transfer.

How to Register:

  1. Log on to myCommNet
  2. Select Banner Student & Faculty Self-Service
  3. Select Registration/Schedule, then “Class Registration”
  4. Select the current term and then choose “Submit”
  5. Scroll toward the bottom of the page to find a section labeled “CRNs” with a row of empty white boxes
  6. Either enter the 4-digit CRNs for each class from the course search in separate boxes or use the class search button to add classes to your cart
  7. Select “Submit Changes”
