Community Commitment: Low-cost Education

Achieve your educational goals locally

QVCC is Committed to Affordable Education

Low-cost does NOT equal low quality. We are committed to reducing economic barriers to higher education. Our students attend full-time and part-time at our northeast Connecticut main campus in Danielson or satellite location in Willimantic.

QVCC students who transfer to four-year institutions say they received a high-quality education and a great foundation to be a successful student at a new institution. Our academic advising services team will help you learn about transfer options and support you as you develop your transfer plan.  QVCC holds regional accreditation which means that the credits you earn here are portable and can be transferred to both in-state and out-of-state public and private universities.

“I chose QVCC for many reasons. I saw my friends attending four-year universities and straping themselves with tens of thousands of dollars of student loans. I knew by attending QVCC I wouldn’t have the burden of paying for my education years after I graduated. I met lifelong friends and got a quality education.”
