Connecticut College of Technology

The College of Technology provides seamless career pathways between community colleges and partner universities for students to earn certificates, Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering and Technology disciplines.

Start with your Associate Degree and finish with your Bachelor Degree

Your career in nursing starts at QVCC!  Start your college experience at QVCC while you complete your prerequisite courses in order to transfer to a Nursing Program.

In-State Transfer to a Connecticut State University

Transferring to one of the Connecticut State Universities is easier than ever.  If you are interested in any of these programs, stop by the Student Success Center and meet with an advisor.

Transfer Compact with Connecticut State Universities – Agreement with Eastern, Central, Southern and Western State University.  Apply prior to earning 15 college level credits for guaranteed admission and dual advising.  Contact Bob Kozlowski

Transfer Tickets – Transfer Pathways to CSCU– Once you graduate from QVCC, transferring to one of the Connecticut State Universities or Charter Oak has never been easier. Pathways contain General Education courses PLUS the specific Pathway30 courses, which are taken at QVCC.

The Guaranteed Admission Program (GAP) with UCONN Designed for students who enroll in a liberal arts transfer program at QVCC and want to transfer seamlessly to the University of Connecticut without needing to apply.  Must apply within the first 30 credits at QVCC.  GAP students are eligible for the President to President Scholarship.  Contact Bob Kozlowski for more information.

Transferring Has Never Been Easier.

Once you graduate from QVCC, transferring to one of the Connecticut State Universities or Charter Oak has never been easier.

Each pathway has “Framework30” or General Education courses which are required PLUS the specific Pathway30 courses, which are taken at QVCC.
