Installment Payment Plan
A Three-Installment Payment Plan Contract is available for a $25.00 non-refundable fee.

Out-of-State Tuition and Fees In-state rates for MA, RI & NY students
Out-of-state students, including international students* (regardless of visa type), pay general fund tuition assessed at $498.00 per credit or $5,976.00 for 12 or more credits. Applicable mandatory usage fees, as well as out-of-state college fees will be added to tuition.

New England Regional Student Program (NEBHE) Tuition and Fees (with the exception of MA, RI and NY students who pay in-state rates)
Out-of-state students who attend QVCC because it is closer to their home than their own state institution, OR because QVCC offers a program not available in their home state, may be eligible for special general fund tuition rates of $249.00 per credit or $2,988.00 for 12 or more credits. Applicable mandatory usage fees, as well as NEBHE college fees are also charged. If applicable, excess credit tuition charge will also be assessed.
