QVCC’S ANNUAL POETRY CONTEST!
SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS APRIL 12 at 11:59 PM.
Students may submit up to three original poems! Student award winners will be honored in a celebration on Thursday April 28 from 6:00-9:00 pm, with honored guest poet Bruce Cohen. Details TBA.
PRIZE CATEGORIES
Cash Prizes – 1st $100 / 2nd $50 / 3rd $50 – are offered in each of these five categories:
· QVCC Students – English
· QVCC Students or QMC Students – Spanish heritage speakers
· QVCC Students or QMC Students – Spanish non-heritage speakers
· QVCC Students – Performance Poetry
· Quinebaug Middle College Students
To enter the contest, submit your original poems by Tuesday, April 12 at 11:59 pm.
