QVCC 51st Commencement • May 25, 2023

Congratulations QVCC Class of 2023!  Commencement will be held outdoors at the Richard Berry Amphitheater on the grounds of the Danielson Campus on Thursday, May 25 at 6:00pm. There is no seating for the audience, but lawn chairs or blankets are welcomed. If the ceremony is held on campus, no tickets are required. The procession will begin promptly at 6:00 pm from the College Atrium. Graduates are asked to arrive at 4:30 pm.

Inclement Weather Plan

In the case of inclement weather:

The ceremony will take place at The Woodstock Academy Alumni Field House (57 Academy Rd, Woodstock, CT). Each graduate will receive SIX tickets for the ceremony. Graduates should plan to arrive by 4:30pm and report to the Bates Auditorium for line-up.

Grad Fest (Cap & Gown Pickup)

Grad Fest • Tuesday, May 23 from 6:00pm – 7:30pm

This is the best opportunity for graduates to pick up cap and gown packets, graduation tickets, and receive important information on commencement logistics. Stay to enjoy food, live music and games with a pre-graduation party!

Grad Fest Includes:

  • Distribution of caps, gowns, honors chords, and honor society stoles
  • Distribution of admission tickets
