NEW – Personal Trainer Course
Get all the information needed to start an exciting fitness career and become a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Our personal trainer course is a great way to become a successful Personal Trainer with hands on training at a local gym, Just Performance Fitness! This challenging course is for candidates seeking LIVE instruction with in-depth, hands-on practical lab to master the essential career skills and knowledge. The course consists of 32 hours of lecture and 16 hours of hand on training in the gym. Key topics include biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage, health assessment and 16 hours of hands-on practical training labs with role playing drills on assessing clients, programming, performing proper exercises, presentation skills and more.
