The QVCC Foundation is pleased to offer scholarships each academic year with the application period open February 1 through mid-March.
Who Can Apply
The QVCC Foundation’s mission is to serve residents of Northeast Connecticut. Scholarship applicants MUST be residents of Northeast CT and CT State Community College Quinebaug Valley MUST be their home college. This includes:
• New, Returning, & Select Graduating
• Self-pay or Financial Aid
• PACT (PACT = Pledge to Advance Connecticut – AKA Free tuition)
• Full Time or Part Time (enrolled in two or more classes)
• Most scholarships require a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Applicants should carefully review individual scholarship criteria

Scholarship applicants are screened by an impartial committee from the QVCC Foundation. Scholarships awards are presented at the QVCC Foundation Scholarship Night on the first Wednesday in May. Recipients are notified in advance of the ceremony and are required to attend to receive their awards.
