First Day of Registration – Summer & Fall 2022

Registration is open for Summer and Fall 2022! Guided Pathway Advisors are available to assist students with planning their Summer and/or Fall schedules. Saturday Registration Event

SATURDAY REGISTRATION | JANUARY 11 @ 9AM-2PM

Join us for Saturday Registration at both QVCC locations (Danielson Campus and QV@WT) on January 11 from 9am – 2pm!

Students can do the following:

  • Apply to the college – (To save time, apply in advance)
  • Take the Basic Skills Assessment (You must arrive by 11:30)
  • Meet with an advisor
  • Register for classes

**Remember to submit your immunizations in advance or bring them with you.**

You can sign up for the Basic Skills Assessment in advance or complete the Assessment Testing Exemption form and bring supporting documents with you if you qualify, however the assessment does not need to be scheduled in advance. You are welcome to walk-in Saturday, no later than 11:30, to allow yourself time needed for the assessment.

You will not need to make a payment for your classes on January 11, however you should consider applying for Financial Aid in advance.

In Danielson on Saturday, you will be able to complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online by scheduling an appointment in advance with Philhemina Boone by calling 860-932-4125.

Super Saturday Registration Event

Saturday, August 24 @ 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Staff will be available at both QVCC locations: Danielson campus and QV@WT.

  • Meet with an advisor
  • Register for your fall classes
  • Schedule an appointment to complete your FAFSA
  • Get your Financial Aid questions answered
  • Take your assessment test (please arrive by 11:30 a.m. if testing)
  • Apply to the college with NO Application fee

If you haven’t taken your Assessment Test, you can take in on Saturday. Please apply for Financial Aid in advance, as tuition will be due at the time of registration. A payment plan option is available.
