Trajan is the official font for the QVCC logo when written.
The College subscribes to Constant Contact for mass and targeted Emails, surveys, polls and event management. The MARCOM staff can work with you on any campaigns ideas to reach out to students or prospective students.
You should only use graphics that you have permission to use, such as clip art provided through Microsoft Office suite. If you are looking for a specific graphic, Marketing has access to iStock by Getty Images. Please Email Paige or Susan with specifics.
Photography and Videography
QVCC has a large collection of campus and student photography from over the years. If you are looking for a specific type of photo, please reach out to marketing. If we do not have a photo to meet your needs, we can provide sample ideas from our iStock and purchase the photo. Do not download photos from the internet for use on college materials.
If you would like photography or videography at one of your events, please make a request through the marketing request form. Although we can’t be at all events, we will attempt to meet your request. A camera is available for borrow through the marketing department or through the
Faulty and staff should not meet with members of the media regarding College related activities unless approved to do so. All media inquiries should be directed to the Office of Marketing and Communications: Susan Breault The title of your Email should read: Media Inquiry “Source” example: Media Inquiry Norwich Bulletin.
If the inquiry is related to a press release the College has submitted and you are the contact, you do not need permission to speak with the member of the media but should make the Marketing and Communications Office aware that you have been contacted.

Below is access to official QVCC logos. Consistent use of color is a critical component of the graphic. If you need assistance or have additional questions, please contact the Marketing and Communications Department.
Do not copy the logo from the website to use on documents or fliers. You should download the appropriate style of logo and use appropriately.
The Office of Marketing and Communications maintains all official College social media platforms. Current platforms include Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. QVCC discourages individual departmental or program channels and should make use of the official channels which are maintained and updated by MARCOM staff daily.
We do encourage you to follow all of the channels and add your comments and likes to posts to help engage our current and future students.
The QVCC website administrators are the MARCOM staff. Chris Parden manages all the academic pages that are associated with degrees, certificates, and departments.
The website is built on the Word Press open architecture platform and the College has 25 editors for maintaining content. We can help with creating new pages or college events, editing your content, adding graphics or images, and web development projects.
