Transfer can mean different things to different students. Whether you are looking to use prior college credits toward a QVCC program or plan for how you can continue your studies at a larger college or university, we are here to provide guidance, resources, and options to help make your transfer experience simple and convenient.

Transfer to QVCC

We offer the opportunity to accomplish your goals in a personalized, engaging, and affordable environment. Whether you are looking for a smaller college environment or are continuing your education after a pause, our courses and programs are catered to meet your needs.

Transfer from QVCC

Are you considering a Bachelor’s degree? There are many options for colleges and universities both inside and outside of Connecticut. Moving from one college to another requires a little planning to align courses –  and one of our transfer articulation agreements might be the right match for you.

Transferring Credit

If you’re a new, continuing, or returning QVCC student and previously completed other college courses, passed a proficiency exams (such as CLEP or AP), or finished an Early College Experience course, you may be eligible to transfer credit to meet your program requirements.

Reverse Transfer

If you started at QVCC but continued your studies at another college or university before you finished your program, you may qualify to earn your Associate degree by using transfer credits to meet your remaining requirements.
