Checklist
- Complete the admissions application
- After acceptance:
- Set up your student portal MyCommNet account and QVCC Email
- Submit your immunizations records
- Take the placement test, unless you have college level English and math or appropriate SAT or ACT scores
- An official transfer credit evaluation will be completed only after you have been accepted and matriculated into the College. You must submit official college transcripts and complete the transcript evaluation form. This is needed to have your transcript evaluated for your declared major.
